As tradition has it, on September 24 the novena in preparation for the Feast of Saint Francis begins. This year the preacher is Fr. Carmine Terenzio, OFMConv. The theme of the proposed preaching journey is “The Canticle of the Soul: from Thomas of Celano to Contemporary Man.”
Individuals and representatives of the ecclesial and civil communities of the city and of the Diocese of Assisi – Nocera Umbra – Gualdo Tadino will take part as key figures in these days of grace leading up to the celebration of our Saint. The full program is available on the poster (image).
